Founding GTM & Partnerships
Runtime Labs builds Óra at ora.app.
As Founding GTM & Partnerships, you will build the systems through which Óra reaches users and develops the ecosystem around the product: distribution, partnerships, market intelligence, and GTM operations. This is not a traditional sales role or a community-growth position. You will turn relationships with users, communities, platforms, organizers, and data partners into distribution, integrations, event supply, and product learning.
You are hired to build Runtime Labs’ external operating system—from first users to strategic ecosystems—and you will be measured by what those relationships actually produce. Start with whatever creates genuine product usage. Partnerships are a means to distribution, data, integration, or learning—not an end in themselves.
Distribution
- Own early-user acquisition and activation: channels, launch strategy, and conversion into durable product use
- Prioritize the first cohorts of genuinely engaged users over recognizable logos or meeting volume
Ecosystem
- Map the ecosystem ruthlessly—who holds users, events, trust, and distribution—and prioritize where Óra should show up first
- Build relationships across platforms, communities, calendars, venues, organizers, and data providers
Partnerships
- Convert high-value relationships into integrations, event/data supply, distribution, or commercial outcomes
- Own the cycle end to end: research, pitch, meeting, structure, integration, measurement—including later API and platform partnerships
- Negotiate partnership structure, scope, incentives, and mutual value—and know when to walk away
Market intelligence
- Turn conversations with users and partners into structured inputs for product priorities, event coverage, integrations, positioning, and distribution—not anecdote
GTM operations
- Build lightweight GTM infrastructure: CRM, research, enrichment, automation, analytics, and operating cadence
- Make acquisition, partnerships, and intelligence repeatable so the system scales beyond any single hero effort
About the Person
- Organized, articulate, analytical builder—not a pure networker or quota-driven salesperson
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator: partnership proposals, strategic briefs, presentations, launch materials, and external-facing documents
- Comfortable owning ambiguous external opportunities from first contact through execution
- Strong commercial and financial judgment: partnership structure, economics, and incentives; managing budgets; connecting spend to measurable outcomes—and knowing when to walk away
- Maintains relationship pipelines, follow-ups, and commitments without dropping threads
- Quantitative enough to instrument experiments, read acquisition and activation funnels, and judge what compounds
- Comfortable working directly with product and GTM data—including funnels, cohorts, channel attribution, and basic querying or analysis—and with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, or equivalents
- Excited by calendars, events, planning ecosystems, and AI-native products that change how people organize time
- Wants high ownership as an early long-term partner defining how a new product category reaches the world
Experience
- Zero-to-one GTM on a small founding team; partnership- or distribution-led growth in consumer, prosumer, or marketplace products
- Prior work with event platforms, calendars, data providers, or platform partnerships
- Existing ecosystem relationships—useful, not sufficient on its own
