Company Overview

Time serves as a bridge between language models and coordinated activity in the physical and digital environment, providing deterministic structure for representing state, sequencing actions, and coordinating events. This allows humans and models to operate on a shared timeline for scheduling and planning.

Runtime Labs anchors language models in time, location, and structured context, and we deliver these capabilities through our platform, Óra.

Our work is grounded in two convictions: that language models become materially useful when constrained by real-world structure and events, and that time is a core primitive for organizing memory, action, and human–computer interaction.

By establishing time and memory as first-class system primitives, Runtime Labs enables persistent interaction rather than stateless and time-agnostic conversations. Óra is the first system built on this infrastructure, transforming natural-language intent into grounded coordination in real-world time and scheduling.
